Blue Fin Sushi Bar is proud to have talented and highly skilled sushi chefs leading our kitchen. With many years of experience, their passion and craftsmanship are reflected in every dish they create.

Our front-of-house team takes great pride in providing friendly, efficient service in a warm and relaxing atmosphere, ensuring every guest feels welcome and well taken care of.

Blue Fin Sushi Bar was originally founded on December 20, 2003, in Smithers, British Columbia. The Terrace location opened its doors on February 20, 2013.

The restaurant was solely owned and operated by Cindy Palmer, who later sold the Smithers location in 2015 in order to focus entirely on building and growing the Terrace Blue Fin Sushi Bar.

After many successful years, Cindy retired in August 2025 and passed the business on to new owners Rowena Chamboné and David Wulms.

Today, they are proud to continue Cindy’s legacy while carrying Blue Fin Sushi Bar forward into its next chapter.
